This is a new version of the Accela Add-on for ChromQuest 4.2. It will be available on CD as CHROM-98008. It includes the fix in Hot Fix 1 and includes the following changes as Hot Fix 2.
1. Registry fix for low pressure operation.
2. Download method or tab starts a gradient run instead of running at initial conditions.
3. Pump pressure trace causes run to hang if the same time as detector trace.
4. Pretreatment does not work.
5. Incorrect driver behavior if high pressure error occurs.
6. Impossible to connect two Accela stacks to one computer
7. Incorrect driver behavior if trigger type is ?external?.
This file should be downloaded and then unzipped with WinZip 9.0 or higher. The box "Use folder names" should be checked to maintain the directory structure. It is better if it is unzipped to a CD or copied to a CD before using it. Before installing the new Add-on perform the following:
1. Reboot the computer
2. Uninstall the ChromQuest license
3. Archive instrument logs to a location outside of the install directory
4. Move any methods or data files to a location outside of the install directory
5. Delete the install directory
6. Reinstall ChromQuest
7. Reinstall the license
