This is a hotfix for ChromQuest 4.2 with control of the Surveyor Plus HPLC. When this is installed on ChromQuest 4.2, a Surveyor UV-Vis Plus can run with the full range of allowable data rates, including a data rate of 6.67 Hz and the collected data is appropriately processed and displayed.
To install the fix, reboot the computer and copy the files with the ocx and mda extensions into the ChromQuest installation directory. This hot fix has been tested to verify that it corrects the problem, but has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems experiencing these specific problems. If you are not severely affected by these specific problems, you may wish to wait for the next ChromQuest service pack that will contain the fix. |
