This file will address three different issues. First, this patch will allow proper calculation for a group containing Named Peaks even if all of the peaks are not found. Second, the peak width at 5% and 10% height will now not be calculated for fused peaks in cases where it has no meaning. Third, an intermittent problem in reporting a total for area% for a group of named peaks when there are no detected peaks in the chromatogram is solved. The dates printed out should agree with the creation and modified dates given by the operating system when you check the properties of the file. Place this file in the ChromQuest directory to overwrite or replace the current file. |
